Well, I was sitting on Belt 8 the other day, the weather was HOT.  There had been too  much rain.  The a/c was blowing cool (cool is about all you get in Houston), George Benson was playing on the radio; and I was just enjoying the jazzy sounds; sitting there in a long line of used cars thinking about how much fun I could have Friday if my joints didn’t ache so bad after a great night of dancing.  I figure if I do something  enjoyable like dancing instead of the transitional exercises I’ll lose weight faster.  But my joints hurt so bad after a night of dancing that my follow-up is slow, and it takes twice as long to complete a project at work.  Six in one hand and a baker’s dozen in the other.  oooh my aching feet.  I enjoyed last night.

 I love this time of the year and in 6 months we get to do this all over again when we celebrate at the end of the year, and promise to  lose weight and/or take better care of our health and then we eat lots of food.  I like food and fun. Why wait till the end of the year to make resolutions?  LET’S START RIGHT NOW!  On July 9th meet me at Doctors Clinic Houston, find the location that is near you. Call the clinic and ask for me… Lenny,  tell the nurse that you need to make an appoint to discuss Lipotropics and losing weight.  I’ll meet you there; we will weight in and lose weight together.  Just an FYI – I  have loss 10 pounds.  Oh yes, I am looking goooood. My favorite verse from an oldie and goodie is “School’s Out for the Summer” I don’t remember who wrote the song or any other part of the song other than “School’s Out for the Summer”.   Well,  now that verse has a whole different meaning to me.  Instead of  thinking “love and happiness” (another great song)  I am thinking headaches, minor accidents, bug bites, vaccinations for travel, vaccinations for school, food poisoning, sunburns, and urgent care.  OMG!  If you have children, grandchildren, or keeping kids for someone else I suggest that you put my number (located on drclh.com)  on your fridge,  you are gonna need it.
